This 4-part series of exploration will provide you with the opportunity to deepen your understanding of the principles of movement medicine. Each week, we will explore a different theme / Intention inspired by The 10 phases of TranscenDance TM founded by Jennifer Joy Jimenez to begin to listen to the body in a new way. Through this exploration and practice, participants will gain an understanding of how the body can be used as a gateway to self-awareness, inner healing, and greater wellbeing. With these creative practices, and dialogue, you will explore the ways that the body, mind, and spirit are interconnected and learn how to use movement to support and transform all aspects of your life.
